09-14-25: Yesterday was such a long and busy day! We had a total of 10 teams participate in the double elimination tournament. Thank you to every team that came out and took the day out of their schedule to spend it out on the field with us! The first game started at 7am and the very last game (which actually wasn’t the LAST game) ended at 2:30am this morning. The winning teams were Here4Beer with Matt Stoneburner and ALV with Felipe Martiniz. The two winning teams decided to not play the last game after they both had lost only 1 game all day! They split their earnings and donated it back to the organization! Thank you again! We raised just over $4,000 for the organization.

 

Cynthia Griswold won the Spiderman quilt. She generously donated it back to Whyatt’s Warriors to be raffled off again. Bob Griswold won the 50/50 drawing of $67 which he donated back as well.

I want to thank each and every person that helped umpire our games with such a long day! Bob Griswold came all the way down from Wisconsin to help our great cause! Cyndi and Joyce Griswold brought some fresh cookies and helped sell those too! So many people helped yesterday!

The money we raised yesterday will help so many families! Thank you again for everyone’s time and stamina with our tournament this year! Sept 12 & 13 are the dates for next years tournament! Put them in your calendars NOW!
